Dark Media Creative Agency ("Dark Media", "we") is a creative and digital marketing agency based in Cairo, Egypt, operating since 2017. This policy explains what we collect when you visit dark-media-agency.net or work with us, and how we use it.

Information you give us

• Your name, phone number, email and company when you fill in a form, book a call or message us.
• Project details, budget and timeline you choose to share.
• Information you send us during a project, such as content, files and account access.

Information collected automatically

• Pages visited, time on site, device, browser and approximate location, through Google Analytics.
• If you arrive from an ad, the campaign details in the link (UTM parameters) and click identifiers, so we know which ads are useful.
• If we run advertising, the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google tags may record visits and form submissions to measure and improve our campaigns. When you send a form, our server also tells Meta and TikTok that a form was sent. Your email and phone number are turned into a one-way code (a SHA-256 hash) first and sent with your IP address and browser type, so the platform can match the form to an ad click without receiving your details as plain text.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with services that help us run the business, such as email, hosting and analytics providers, and only as far as needed. When we advertise, Meta, TikTok and Google receive the form events described above. We also share information when required by law.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and form submissions: up to two years.
• Client project data: for the duration of the relationship plus three years.
• Analytics data: up to 26 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing contact@dark-media-agency.net. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics and advertising cookies to measure it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If your device is set to a European time zone, the site asks you first and loads the advertising pixels only after you accept.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections, access to client data is restricted to the people who need it, and admin accounts are protected by strong passwords and login limits.
